I went to school with him. (8/31/10) Gayle Bonner Hi Bill. Yes Frank is my husband. He remembers you. Frank and I were high school sweethearts and I was 2 years behind you guys (my maiden name is Hardage). We just reunited about six years ago and have been married for four years. I finally got it right! :) Bill Lamkins Of course! I met you at the 2005 class reunion. I just refreshed my memory by looking at the reunion photos posted at our class website http://malvern1960.tripod.com/MHS_Reunion2005.html Hope yall are well. Is Frank on Facebook? We have a class page at Facebook too. Everybody is re-connecting since our 50th reunion is coming up. Will yall be coming? Hope so. (9/2/10) Gayle Hardage Bonner Sadly, it looks like a project Frank is working on will prevent our going to the reunion but if the schedule changes, we will be there. Sure hope you are taking pictures again. I just enjoyed looking at the 2005 ones. Frank isn't on Facebook. I am just getting my feet wet on here myself. Don't do much yet. (9/2/10) Gayle Hardage Bonner on Facebook It's great to hear from you. We are doing just super! Frank is enjoying working on his golf game and I am just enjoying retirement for now....reading, cooking, etc. I still have our year books from 1957 so that helped me with teachers names that I had forgotten. Also I think Mrs. Kyle is sitting in the front row (not looking at the pic rite now to get the #). Hope all is well with you. (1/26/11) Facebook on 6/13/11 Jimmie Rae Davidson Berry Can anyone give me any info on Frank? Where he is living? What he is doing? Anything.......... ? Thanks! Bill Lamkins Back in January, Frank's wife, Gayle Hardage Bonner, posted here, "Frank is enjoying working on his golf game." He was at the 2005 Reunion. I think they still live in Dana Point, CA. Here's a couple of pix of Frank at the 2005 Reunion. He's still the friendly, personable guy he was in school. His wife Gayle is his high school sweetie and they got married about 5 years ago. Jimmie Rae Davidson Berry This is the first time I have heard about him having a high school sweetheart. I don't remember him dating anyone. Was she in the class of 1960? She looks so nice. Thanks, Bill. Bill Lamkins She was Gayle Hardage, two grades behind us. She was with Frank at the 2005 Reunion. Pic attached. (6/18/11) Facebook on 7/12/17 Gayle Hardage Bonner Dear Friends, I'm very sad to say that we have to cancel our trip home for the class reunion and them down to Mississippi. Frank is having some health issues that we need to get fixed before we can travel. He is having terrible sciatic nerve pain (3 epidural shots did not help at all) and he just started having headaches. MRI shows some bleeding on his brain. A few prayers for the doc to figure out what is going on would be most appreciated. Love you all. Facebook on 2/8/21 Gayle Hardage Bonner I cry every time I read this because something I have only shared with a few is that my sweet wonderful husband was diagnosed with Lewy Body dementia about a year ago. He didn't want me to share with everyone because he does not want anyone to treat him differently or feel sorry for him. I'm sharing this now because the more people praying for him the better. Also I was trying to live in a state of denial but I can do that no longer. If you talk to him don't mention it unless you ask him how he is doing and he tells you about. He is very proud and his normal answer to that question is "super duper". He might not want me to share this but we need your prayers and his daughter said it would be OK because he does not get on the computer any more. I KNOW you are still here in my heart…you showed me this morning. I would give anything to have 1 more hug, to hear that cackle when something made you laugh, to hear you say ‘ex-STRAW-dinary’, or to call me ‘Mother Nature’ or ‘goombah’ 1 more time. We will celebrate you tonight with a nice cold Stella Artois before dinner then have one of your favorite meals when you felt like being bad…fish & chips…along with your fave dessert, homemade banana pudding.
